A Deer with no Eyes.

So Street Photography.

Seemed at first to me just catching strange people, doing everyday things in the Street.
However, it would appear there's a little more to this and it's not just about strange people. (still like that idea)

Before I start referencing people I have never met (and probably never will meet) off the Internet. We'll start with 'my' understanding, from what I've gathered from my Tutor. I say 'my' because after I've researched, 'my' opinion will have drastically changed and I may have totally misinterpreted his (my Tutor's) teachings.

So...

'My' Current Understanding.

I currently have in my Head that Street Photography is an Image of a place which gives a reference or connection to a human being or animal. Whether this be a person be in the Image or their trace. For Example. A piece of Litter, an Item of clothing, their sick from a heavy night on the Beer. You get the idea.
The Image should have some kind of story within it. Whether it be a small gesture or even a metaphor.

With this in mind, I would like to use this Blog to investigate further. Prove my understanding, incorrect if that be the case and also help me decide what genre of Street Photography I will pursue and use for my University project.

LET THE FUN BEGIN.
